6 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Sugar
6 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup Lemon Juice
2 TB Sugar
Whisk together the lemon juice and sugar in a measuring cup or small bowl.
Pour the sweetened lemon juice into a blender with the vanilla ice cream.
Blend until well combined and smooth. If the frozen lemonade mixture is too thick to drink with a straw, you can add a little milk and blend until you have just the right consistency. You want a creamy texture like a milkshake – thick, but drinkable.
Pour into serving glasses and garnish each one with a lemon slice.
Flavors:
Make it a strawberry lemonade by adding frozen strawberries to the mix. You can also use strawberry lemonade in place of the lemon juice and sugar.
